REGARDING EMAIL: while we love technology and utilize it daily in many of our treatment programs CIW is first and foremost about personalized care and relationships, as such, we do not regularly use email to communicate with our patients. We prefer, as you may also, to provide you access to real people by phone and in person, including 24/7 doctor phone coverage for acute pediatric issues.
